Thursday

6:30 - 7:30pm Endurance Bike Turbo 

6:30 - 7:30pm - Strength


Friday

7:00 - 7:45am - Strength with boxing

12:30 - 1:00pm - Strength Blitz

 

Saturday

*9:30 - 10:00pm - Strength Blitz

Sunday

0:00 - 23:59pm - Rest
