Hazel's Archery Success

Comp 1
On 17th April Hazel set an Archery GB national record by a narrow 2 points in a competition held in Cheltenham.   By setting this record she won the Ladies Recurve section.(we are just waiting for verification)

Comp 2
Hazel shot in an all day competition in Yate in Bristol , she won the Ladies Recurve section, setting a new PB. She also set her first MB (Master Bowman) score.

(12 dozen arrows were shot, 6 dozen at 80 yards, 4 dozen at 60 yards and 2 dozen at 50 yards), which I won the Ladies Recurve section, setting a new PB. I also set my first MB (Master Bowman) score. My target for this season is to achieve my MB classification - I need to set 3 MB scores in competitions to do this. (An MB classification is the second highest archery ranking you can obtain and can only be obtained in 12 dozen arrow competitions).

Comp 3
Hazel organised a big 2 day UK record status shoot here in Bath.  Once again won the Ladies division, setting another PB and also achieving her second MB score.  She only need to set one more MB score in a 12 dozen competition to achieve her target for this year.

I only need to set one more MB score in a 12 dozen competition to achieve my targets for this year so I’m hoping this will happen soon so that I have to revise my season’s targets!!
