After Vibe's sports therapist, Adeleine Blackman, did such a good job fixing my foot, Kick Start 6 was the obvious next step!
"From nutrition advice to personal training, not to mention full access to UTS group training sessions - this six week programme is a great way to focus on your fitness, whilst also getting a feel for the club.
"Resident dietician, Renne McGregor, makes healthy meal planning fun, and the fitness instructors are all serious athletes in their own right - so you know they're not just talking the talk, they're walking (or running!) the walk too. I must admit, I was a little intimidated by the young, fit members of the UTS club to begin with, but everyone's incredibly friendly and in no time at all I felt like I fitted in. There's a certain grittiness to the workouts - so come prepared to train hard and get sweaty, come rain, shine or drizzle.
"My only complaint about Kick Start 6 is that six weeks training with Vibe Fitness just isn't enough. I can't tell you how impressed I am with the attention to detail, support, encouragement, professionalism and expertise of the entire team - from personal trainers to sports therapists.
"So what next? Well, I'm planning to take part in a triathlon next year - with Vibe's help of course! So now I'm a fully-fledged member of UTS' new Urban Endurance Club."
