Final Thought 2015

We really appreciate your support through 2015 and we are looking forward to sharing our knowledge and services with you in 2016. This year has been a year for us to find our feet and to bring what we love to our business and to help others seek joy and reward in the sport of triathlon. Rally agency have helped us showcase what we deliver with the introduction of Urban Endurance. The official launch of the club saw the UTS Crew partake in a triathlon relay distance between Bath and Paris and to helped raise £1500.00 for the Osteoporosis Society. Earlier on in the year Paul became an accredited Level 2 Triathlon coach with help from Simon and Joey can now deliver specific swim, bike and run sessions. An exciting development for 2016 will be teaming up Total Fitness Bath in producing a Co-branded Kit.

It’s been great to have Adeleine and Mike, our trusted therapists, on hand to make sure we all (yes, even us!) stay true to our body’s capabilities. We have strived to make the lines of communication between rehab, treatment and your training as open as possible to help you maximise the benefit of your sessions whilst maintaining your health and wellbeing. Thanks to them we should all feel at the top of our game. With Adeleine's blog posts every day is a learning day, we hope you have been reading up.

Sporting Family Change

We have known Jimmy Deane for a number of years now and he continually inspires us to do what we do and to help make change to peoples lives, we just don’t know where he gets his energy from. Jimmy has been working really hard to give disadvantaged kids a more positive start in life and we are proud that he came to us to help provide hope (and training sessions) in communities across the south west. In 2016 Sporting FAmily change are dis emarking on an epic challenge to summit Kilimanjaro, we have already planned some gruelling training sessions for the team to let them know what they have let themselves in for.

We were thrilled that Renee Mcgregor wanted to work alongside us to develop this new programme We have been pretty busy putting this programme together, we defy anybody to find a better programme out there for the money. We think this will be a popular programme for people seeking to give themselves a postive start in 2016.

Relish Running

We were proud to be involved in the Relish Running Two Tunnels event which attracted over 2000 entries for its 5K, 10K, Half and Marathon distances. The newest addition of the colour run certainly added a touch of humour to the day. We will be continuing to help Tom and theRelish Running community throughout 2016.
